Production Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/COMPETENCIES/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/production. 
• Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to self-manage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques
• High Competency with Process Improvement
• High Competency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Applications
• Experience in Inventory/Materials Managemen

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

• Responsible for the strategic elaboration of national production plan 
• Responsible for services centers nationwide
• Resposible for balance production lines 
• Supervises and controls the cost of opportunity aimed at increasing staff productivity
• Resposnible of proposes new methodolgies to increase staff productivity
• Responsible for training at production area
• Responsible for the correct operation of the equipment
• Compliance with the indicators established by the company
• Supervision of personnel within the production floor
